Junior Network Support

O|tech Malta has an exciting and challenging role for a new Junior Network Support. The successful candidate will be responsible in supporting the network team with the upkeep of daily research and coverage. If you are an organized and motivated individual who is interested in research and meeting new individuals, then this could be the ideal job for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Researching and upkeep with new product trends.

•  Eventually selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques to make sure of the quality level of coverage.

•  Work along side the quality/technical team to come up with new methods of quality checking.

•  Provide trainings to new network members.

•  Administration of network members for recruitement purposes.

•  Traveling to keep good quality of coverage.

•  Administration of mailbox and support tickets.

Requirements:

•  Positive Attitude

•  Willing go to through a rigorous training period

•  Ability to work under supervision and take instructions (team player)

•  Proficient with Microsoft Office products

•  Fluent in English (preferably with O or A Level)

•  Additional education considered a bonus
