Junior Analyst

O|tech Malta is looking to employ a driven and motivated Junior Analyst within the growing Ingredient and Nutrition Department. You will join a dynamic professional team, with the opportunity to work and learn in a unique environment. As a Junior Analyst you will:

• Assist in the preparation of reports
• Assist in cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Assist with preliminary research in preparation for the development of product literature
• Maintain product documentation with clear records and notes regarding daily progress
• Utilize our proprietary database system to review, verify and update product data
• Provide technical data and support company analysts as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Qualification and Skills

The role of Junior Analyst calls for a highly efficient and meticulous individual to help with the day to day business of the Ingredient and Nutrition Department. You will be expected to have a set of core skills and competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, word, ppt)
• Ability to transcribe data without error
• Ability to communicate clearly and complete follow ups
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work to maximize work flow
• Exhibit a critical and analytical mind-set whilst paying high attention to detail
• Be able to work efficiently both in a team environment and also independently as required
• Fluency in English
