We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Support to join our team. This role involves researching new products, maintaining high-quality coverage standards, supporting network members, and ensuring smooth administration of recruitment and communication processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing research on new products and market trends.
- Select and apply appropriate research methodologies and techniques to ensure accuracy and quality of coverage.
- Collaborate with the quality and technical teams to develop innovative quality-checking methods.
- Ensure consistent quality standards across all network activities.
- Provide structured training sessions to new network members.
- Support members through ongoing guidance and issue resolution.
- Oversee the administration of network members for recruitment purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of member information and onboarding processes.
- Administer mailbox and support tickets, ensuring timely responses and issue tracking.
- Travel as required to ensure quality standards are met and relationships with network members are strengthened.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Research, Quality Management, or related field).
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
