We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Data Support professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with maintaining and updating customer data records, resolving data-related issues, and supporting various departments with accurate customer information.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and an interest in data and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer information across internal systems and databases
- Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies or errors
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding customer data
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer profiles
- Support the data team in cleaning, validating, and enriching customer datasets
- Work closely with customer service, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and up-to-date customer information
- Generate reports and summaries as requested by management
- Follow data security and privacy protocols at all times
- Assist with other administrative or support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent; relevant coursework or certification in data entry, administration, or IT is a plus
- Basic understanding of data management principles
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
