Job Description

The SEO Specialist will join the digital marketing team and begin a structured learning journey across key areas of performance marketing, search engine optimization, content development, analytics, and AI supported marketing processes. The role includes hands on support for campaigns, content, reporting, and cross team collaboration to help improve visibility, engagement, and results across all digital channels.


Main responsibilities of the SEO Specialist:


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Management
Support the development and day to day management of digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.

SEO Strategy Development
Assist in creating and implementing SEO strategies through keyword research, backlink activities, and on page improvements that contribute to better organic visibility.

LLM SEO and AI driven Search

Explore how large language models and AI influence search. Learn how AI supported algorithms, semantic search and content generation impact discoverability.

GEO Targeting and Personalization
Learn to use geographic targeting and AI based personalization to deliver more relevant content, ads and campaigns to users across locations.

Content Optimization
Work with content creators to ensure all website materials are aligned with search engine requirements and user engagement goals.

Website Management
Support daily website operations including updates, layout adjustments and improvements to functionality.

Analytics and Reporting
Help track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and AI supported dashboards. Contribute to reporting and insights that inform digital strategy.

Creative Coordination
Assist in coordinating with creative teams producing marketing assets for different audiences.

Market Research

Participate in research focused on market trends, competitor activities, audience behavior and AI based insights.

Optimization
Support continuous testing and performance improvements across ads, targeting and AI supported processes.

Collaboration
Work closely with senior digital specialists, content creators and marketing analysts.


Qualifications and Assets:

  • Positive attitude
  • Customer-oriented, team player with strong verbal communication skills
  • Goal oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Possess strong written skills with ability to document accurately and efficiently, attention to detail
  • Fluent in written English
  • ECDL
  • Proficiency in GA4 is viewed as an advantage
